Automatic system for controlling position of working members of road-building machines
The system is designed for automatic control of position of working members of motor graders, asphalt pavers and other road building machines in longitudinal and transverse planes relative to tilt angle and guide-set elevation marks.
The system makes it possible to carry out accurate straight-line and curvilinear grading/trimming of roadways, trenches and canals in manual and automatic mode.
The system consist of
laser scanner for guide tracing;
working member tilt sensor;
microprocessor unit performing processing, indication and control functions;
actuating devices (distributive valves).

Laser system for tracing road marking lines
The tracing system is designed for determination of coordinates of road-line edges and is intended for use in the system for controlling the position of a paint-spraying gun of the marking machine.
The system is built on the basis of model RF631 laser scanner.. It allows highly accurate marking of road lines in automatic mode (over old lines or relative to reference lines).
